These publishing resources have, for the most part, been vetted by myself or someone I know. If the recommendation is highly recommended it means I have either used the service myself or I know someone I trust who has. Recommended could be a service that has been referred to me by someone I know and respect.

CreateSpace 

Services: POD printing and distribution
Highly recommended

CreateSpace is owned by Amazon, so integration into the Amazon system is quick and easy. Their customer service is good, and their process is quick.

There are pros and cons to using both CreateSpace and IngramSpark. I actually wrote a book about the differences. It will be published in late 2017.

ALLI is a tremendous resource for both publishing and writing. Self-Publishing advice, discounts on services, vetting of service companies, and free material to help with all aspects of publishing.
